Beer and Wine Merchandiser - Sumner, WA.

SUMMARY:

As a merchandiser, you will be servicing Chain Stores and Convenience Store accounts in support of sales and distribution for a variety of major brands of beer, malt beverages, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. You would be responsible for placement and rotation of product in assigned retail outlets, also to construct displays along with other promotional devices. The primary goal associated with this position is to assure quality customer service while assisting to increase product sales/distribution in efforts to enhance product image, distribution and increased market share. If you have a Class A CDL, all the better! You must be over the age of 21 to apply for this position, have a dependable vehicle and a good driving record!

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing duties of this job, Merchandisers will be loading/unloading product both by hand and with the use of hand trucks or other devices. Merchandisers will be on their feet much of the day moving product, frequently carries product weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times within the day.

Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant - Poulsbo, WA.


SUMMARY:

We are seeking the perfect candidate who provides excellent customer service, enters orders, monitors/processes/maintains accounts receivable and accounts payable and also provides sales support to a busy office. This position requires high level of customer service experience, Accounts Receivable experience, as well as a more than proficient knowledge of computers and of Microsoft office programs.

Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to multitask in a fast paced environment, as well as learn new tasks quickly while still completing their job duties. We seek a team player who comes to work every day with a positive attitude, a willingness to jump in wherever they are needed and a desire to provide the best customer service experience possible.


SALARY AND BENEFITS:

$16-$18 @hour DOE, 401K/Profit Sharing Retirement Plan, Comprehensive Health Benefits, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Process customer will calls orders, enter orders for truck deliveries, research
customer inquiries, assist visitors in a timely manner, answer phones and assist staff members.
• Sales support and order verifications -- support sales staff and management in daily processing. Verify
all orders received and properly entered, verify correct routing to trucks.
• Accounts Receivable -- Handle all aspects of AR including payment posting, research, customer
service, collections and accounting. Deal with suppliers as well as customer in assuring accurate and
timely processing of all transactions.
• Accounts Payable -- Payables support with entry of invoices and tracking invoices on spreadsheets.
• Accounting -- must have basic understanding of accounting and how daily transactions effect balancing.
• Driver check in, route reconciliation and processing -- Check in drivers daily and account for invoices
and activity within routes.


EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school graduation, preferably one or more years of college or training in business related studies. 2 years of work experience, which must include one year of responsible clerical/secretarial/accounting experience, preferably in the beverage industry or distribution industry.
Additional qualifying work experience may substitute for college or business education requirement on a month-to-month basis. Must possess valid driver license and reliable personal vehicle, ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks.

Required Skills and Abilities
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service; capable of communicating effectively and
professionally with a wide array of individuals both on the phone and in person.
• MUST be proficient in Excel, Word and other office programs
• MUST have previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent written communication skills
• Order entry and/or data entry, including 10 Key
• Prior sales experience
• Knowledge of VIP, SRS systems or similar operating systems


WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to assist others in different areas of the building frequently.
• Be able to work with office machinery such as copiers and printers and be able to perform minor repairs
such as clearing jams, refilling products and light cleaning.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Candidates should have a willingness to work flexible shifts as needed to accommodate office needs such as increased workloads and coverage for vacations, however hours are usually between 9am --5:30pm -- Monday --Friday.

Inventory Control Specialist


SUMMARY:

The primary duties for the Inventory Specialist is tracking and verifying product inventory. The successful applicant must be detailed oriented and knowledgeable in the use of a variety of technologies. The Inventory Specialist will conduct weekly physical counts of all beer and N/A Inventory, cycle count wine weekly, conduct a total physical count monthly. Assist with receiving procedures. Works closely with Purchasing Department. Responsible to verify actual product numbers to BSI system. SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range : $40,000 to $48,000 Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Vision, Dental and Employee Assistance Plan. 401K Benefit Plans


EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of experience in beverage industry
• 2 year prior successful inventory control experience
• AA Degree in business or associated fields, BA preferred
